Some features rely on third-party service providers, such as Google for authentication and AI service providers such as OpenAI. Where you interact directly with a third-party service, that provider's terms and privacy policy may also apply.

6. AI-generated content

Some learning materials, example sentences, translations, exercises and subtitles on LangTrainer are generated or processed with the help of artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies or errors, so it should not be treated as an authoritative source.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that LangTrainer will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LangTrainer and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using LangTrainer at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, the sections intended to survive will remain in effect.
